View down the SW slopes of Volcán Osorno with two volcanic cones to Lago Llanquihue and the stratovolcano Calbuco (2015 m). The lake, one of the largest of Chile, fills a depression left by a Pleistocene glacier. The andesitic Volcán Calbuco is known for its very explosive eruptions, most recently in April 2015.
