Uluru / Ayers Rock | Caves

Location: Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, view of the northeast face of Australia's major landmark. This inselberg consists of Mutitjulu arkose (a formation of fluvial sandstone). At a summit elevation of 863 m, Uluru rises approx. 350 m above the surrounding plains and has a high spiritual significance to the local Anangu people.
