This national park is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia. The Antarctic beech (formerly known as Nothofagus moorei) is widely distributed in temperate mountain rainforests of southeastern Australia. The image shows one of it northernmost occurrences.
