WI_in061.jpg

This 73 m high minaret - constructed between the outgoing 12th century and the late 14th century - forms the heart of the Qutb Complex, an ancient assemblage of Islamic monuments built on (and from) the rubble of destroyed Hindu and Jain places of worship.
