Cerro Arenales and Glaciar Colonia

View in E direction. Cerro Arenales in the right centre of the photograph, 3437 m high, is a stratovolcano recognized as such as late as in the 1960s. Left and behind extends Glaciar Colonia, an outlet glacier from the Northern Patagonian Ice Field. It ends up in the lake of the same name.
