This piece of land shall be developed to the new permanent capital of Montserrat, replacing Brades which serves as the de-facto capital as of 2019 after Plymouth has been permanently evacuated in 1996 due to the reactivation of the Soufrière Hills Volcano. Little Bay already offers the ferry harbour and services such as a basketball ground.
