Venezia | Canal Grande with Ponte di Rialto

The Rialto Bridge connects the neighbourhoods of San Marco and San Polo. It was completed in 1591, replacing an earlier wooden bridge. Until the mid 19th Century, the Ponte di Rialto was the only bridge crossing the Canal Grande.
