Venezia | Canal Grande with Ponte di Rialto

This famous bridge across the Canal Grande connects the neighbourhoods of San Marco and San Polo. It was completed in 1591, replacing an earlier wooden bridge. The Ponte di Rialto was the only bridge crossing the Canal Grande until the mid 19th Century.
