This geyser, forming part of a geothermal field, usually erupts every 6-10 minutes. The height of the jet varies, but commonly reaches 15-20 m. Strictly speaking, eruptions are not completely natural as cleaning of the conduit in 1963 has led to the reactivation of the geyser after some decades of dormancy.
