View in E direction to the harbour of Heimaey, the only large settlement of the island of the same name and the Vestmannaeyjar archipelago. The steep mountain on the left side is Heimaklettur (283 m), whereas the uneven land in the right background is a lava field which almost blocked the harbour entrance in 1973.
