This extremely mobile rock avalanche occurred in the morning of 7 July 2018. It travelled over a distance of 2.3 km, increasing its volume from approx. 7 million to more than 10 million cubic metres. Layer features in the deposit resemble those in the release area, demonstrating that part of the original structure of the mass was preserved.
