N side of the Piazza del Duomo (Cathedral Square) and the Milan Cathedral. This church is considered the largest in Italy and one of the largest in the World. Its construction started in 1386 and took almost 600 years until completion in 1965. The main entrance to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II can be seen in the right centre of the photo.
