View from the E slope of Egginer in SE direction to the uppermost section of the Saas Valley with the Mattmark Dam, constructed in the 1960s for hydropower generation. An ancient rock slide can be seen in the left portion of the photo, whereas a complex rock glacier system is visible on the right side. The glacierized peak in the central background is the the Stellihorn (3436 m).
