Late afternoon view from Cerro Nutibara in NE direction to downtown Medellín, with various skyscrapers constructed in the second half of the 20th Century. Later, this area has experienced some decline, with many services shifting in S direction towards El Poblado. Still, the complex of large buildings in the left centre of the scene, the Centro Administrativo La Alpujarra, houses various important institutions, such as the Government of Antioquia. Note the extensive hillslope neighbourhoods in the background.
