View from Mirador Izaña in S direction to the Volcanes de Fasnia (2232 m), standing in sharp contrast to the surrounding landscape due to the dark colour of the relatively fresh, unvegetated basaltic rock. They formed during a fissure eruption in the early 18th Century.
