WI_ctf935.jpg

This white sand beach on the SE coast of the Anaga peninsula, close to the village of San Andrés, is not natural - instead, it was created in 1973 with sand imported from Western Sahara. It serves as an important recreational area for the people from nearby Santa Cruz.
