Panoramic morning view from Stubwieswipfel over the Wurzeralm, used for tourism and seasonal cattle grazing, in SW direction. The Warscheneck (2388 m), consisting of layered limestone, is shown behind to the right. The whole area forms part of the intensively karstified Totes Gebirge (literally Dead mountains). The depression of the Wurzeralm, with the wetland of the Teichlboden at the bottom, represents a polje.
