View of the Damüls mountains with Hochblanken (2068 m) in the left background and Damülser Mittagsspitze (2095 m) dominating the right part of the image. This highland is composed of lime- and marlstones of the Helvetic system, and of flysch. It is used for cattle grazing and hiking in summer, and for skiing in winter.
