View from Hochhäderich (1565 m) at the German-Austrian border over Hennenmoos in NW direction. This picture shows a close-up view of conglomerate rock locally known as Nagelfluh. It originated from sediment transported out of the early Alps which later consolidated, and was folded and tilted due to tectonic forces.
