View from the slopes of the Marjan hill over the largest city of Dalmatia in NE direction to the Mosor mountain range. The old town of Split is dominated by the bell tower of the Cathedral of Saint Dominius. Much of this neighbourhood is comprised within the walls of Diocletian's Palace, dating back to the outgoing 3rd century.
