Durmitor | Šljeme with glacial cirques

WI_cg864.jpg

View across the highland of Jezerska površ in NW direction to the Durmitor mountains with Šljeme (2455 m). Two well-developed glacial cirques remind of the fact that the Durmitor was not only shaped by tectonic, gravitational, fluvial, and karst processes, but also by Pleistocene glaciers.
