These twin towers, with heights of approx. 100 m and 25 floors each, were completed in 1986 and suffered substantial damages in the armed conflicts of the 1990s. But they remained standing and were considered symbols of resilience. After the war, the towers were completely refurbished and serve as office buildings again.
