Panoramic view from the minaret of the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque down the Neretva river in S direction to the historic centre of Mostar with the reconstructed Stari most, a famous bridge dating back to the 16th century, when Mostar was part of the Ottoman Empire. It was destroyed in 1993 during the Croat-Bosniak War. The reconstructed bridge was completed in 2004 and has become at least as popular among the many tourists as the original had been.
