View from Bijela greda over Gornje Glamočko polje in W direction. This depression at slightly below 900 m asl. represents a fine example of a karst field. The margins of its flat bottom, partly obscured by some remaining morning fog, are used for agriculture, whereas the centre is sometimes inundated. The steep sides of the polje are landmined as a consequence of the armed conflicts in the 1990s. Livanjsko polje, the largest karst field in the Dinaric Mountains, is shown in the background.
