View from Bijela greda over Gornje Glamočko polje in W direction. This depression at slightly below 900 m asl. represents a fine example of a karst field. The margins of its flat bottom are used for agriculture, whereas the centre is sometimes inundated. The steep sides of the polje are landmined as a consequence of the armed conflicts in the 1990s. The karst highland of Krug-planina is shown on the left side of the image in front of Livanjsko polje, the largest karst field in the Dinaric Mountains.
