Sunset view from Tom Clarke Bridge up the River Liffey in W direction to Samuel Beckett Bridge. The Dublin Docklands extend on both sides of the river. They have evolved since the 1980s on the grounds of derelict port facilities and, in the early 21st century, represent an important business area.
