The Vjosë river has incised a deep gorge, separating the mountain ranges of Mali i Trebeshinës on the left side and Dhëmbel on the right side of this picture. The Gorge of Këlcyrë was the scene of a battle between Italy and Greece in 1941, during World War II. View in E (upstream) direction.
