Traditional open bucket well near the shore of Lange Lacke in the Seewinkel, the very E-most corner of Austria. This saline lagoon is exclusively fed by rain, and it size varies considerably, depending on the weather situation. This site, forming part of the Neusiedlersee - Seewinkel National Park, represents an important habitat for water birds.
