View from Lavigerie in southeastern direction to part of the snow-covered remnants of an ancient stratovolcano, which is said to be the largest of Europe. It was active between 13 and 2 million years ago. The summit of Puy de Seycheuse (1650 m) can be seen in the right central background of the image.
