View from the road D926 in northwestern direction to the valley of the Alagnon River with Murat and the Rocher de Bonnevie, a basalt outcrop. The small town of Murat is located at the base of the Monts du Cantal, representing the remnants of an ancient stratovolcano active between 13 and 2 million years ago.
