View from the road D809 in western direction to the town of Millau and the Viaduc de Millau. This 2.5 km long bridge with a maximum clearance of 270 m leads the motorway A75 across the valley of the Tarn River. Designed by Sir Norman Foster, this remarkable structure has been opened for traffic in 2004.
