Flight Santiago de Chile - Antofagasta. Río Petorca valley (left centre) and Río La Ligua valley (right centre) can be seen in the foreground, whereas the glacierized summits in the background are Mercedario (left side, 6720 m) and Aconcagua (right side, 6961 m). Both peaks stand entirely in Argentina beyond the main divide of the Andes.
