Yashilkul with dam
Location: at an elevation of 3734 m asl in the upper Gunt Valley, view towards W. Yashilkul is 36 square kilometres large. Its dam represents either a glacial moraine or the deposit of a prehistoric landslide. The outlet of the lake was modified through technical measures.
