View from Glungezer down the lower Inn valley in NE direction. The rather moderate slopes of the Tux mountains in the foreground are characteristic for the prevailing quartz phyllite rock. They stand in sharp contrast to the carbonate rocks of the Karwendel mountains shown in the background of the image.
